Important Safety Info – Please Read Before Booking

This activity is only suitable for confident swimmers with previous kayaking experience. You must be able to:

  • Manoeuvre your kayak independently

  • Handle wind and current conditions

  • Re-enter your kayak from deep water if capsized

The Broadwater is a tidal and dynamic environment. Conditions can vary significantly depending on:

  • Winds – typically calm in the morning, more adventurous in the afternoon

  • Currents and tides – may assist or challenge your paddling

  • Water visibility – changes daily based on weather and tidal movement


Location & Start Times

  • Delivery Times: 7am, 10am or 1pm – please be on time, we can’t wait!

  • Where: We meet you on the beach opposite 456–4824 Marine Parade, Biggera Waters, QLD 4216. Look for our trailer near the sand. (Note: there is no shopfront at this location.)

  • No onsite staff between sessions – if your preferred time isn’t listed or you need custom arrangements, please call us first on 0449 529 251.


Details & Conditions

  • Kayak options: Single, double, or triple (max 250kg for double / 130kg for single)

  • Minimum age: 4 years (<18 must be with a parent/guardian)

  • Waiver required: All participants must sign a liability waiver before kayaking

  • Weather dependent: If conditions are unsafe, we’ll offer a reschedule or refund

  • Cancellation policy: 24 hours’ notice required. No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable


Gift Card Voucher Terms and Conditions:

  • Gift vouchers expires 3 years (1095 days) after purchase
  • Free exchanges allowed
  • Gift vouchers are only refundable within 3 months of purchase date and only to the purchaser
  • Gift vouchers are equivalent to the amount purchased. In the case price tickets increase, an extra cost might apply when redeemed.
